GDS 108 Design Principles

Found from:  Depth of field photography on  Pintrest This photo shows depth within the water, and the the perspective. Especially since you can see through the bridge into the distance. It adds more space and depth. 

This piece is named Gonconda 1953 Artist: Rene Magritte This picture is rhythmic because the repetition of all of the men falling as rain. It also has them all in similar colors and very dull colors as the background, adds unity to the overall picture. I also like how it has them all falling in vertical lines throughout the piece. 

found from: i.pinimg.com This photo shows balance by putting the color symmetrically.   The balance of the colors in the turtle are e venly distributed. The composition is stable, and shows a more orderly look.

It proximity by grouping. It has repetition with the colors. The color goes throughout the piece making it unified. Especially since they use a repetition of the same colors throughout the picture.
